dramatically redesigned the entire ground floor of the club, reinventing 2,800 square feet of dark and outdated space. Small windows, poor circulation and a heavy vaulted wooden ceiling were transformed into a light and bright, elegant contemporary environment, featuring large windows, clean lines and timeless innovative design.

Lobby and reception area, managers office and meeting room were reconfigured and the original large apartment divided into two beautifully fitted guest suites for the use of condo owners and their guests. General Contractor
